How to change your password?

If you know your current password and wish to change it, log into the Ard App, go to the "My Corner" section, and select the "Privacy Settings" menu. Click on the "Change PIN" button, enter your old password, followed by the new password and its confirmation, then click "Save."
If you have forgotten your password, click the "Recover Password" button on the login screen, enter your registered phone number, receive a verification code, and create a new 6-digit PIN code to use for logging in. It is recommended not to use your birthdate or phone number for the password.

How to change the transaction password?

Go to the "Profile" section on the home screen of the Ard App, select the "Privacy Settings" menu, then click on the "Create Transaction Password" button. Enter your new 4-digit password and confirm it, then click "Save" to update your transaction password.

What should I do if I get the message "This is not a device you regularly use"?

If you see this message when logging into the Ard App, it means that the device you are using has changed for security reasons. To resolve this, you can contact the registered number at 77003322 and request a new PIN code to regain access.

How to apply for a credit card?

Click on the Credit Card banner in the Ard App and fill out the application form to request the issuance of a credit card.

Can I obtain an account statement online?

Yes, you can download your account statement through the e.ard.mn website.

How to register in the ArdKids app?

You can register your child by entering their name, registration number, and phone number through the ArdKids section in the MINI APP menu of the Ard App. If the child does not have a phone number, registration can be done using only the registration number. Each registered child will receive 3 shares of AARD and 1,000 Ardcoins as a gift.

Is it necessary to register the biological parents or the biological child in the ArdKids app?

No. Siblings, grandparents, or any legal guardian can register the child in the ArdKids app.

When will the shares and Ardcoin rewards given for the ArdKids registration be unlocked?

The reward shares and Ardcoin will be unlocked once your child turns 18 and is registered in the Ard App.

What should I do if I forget my PIN code on the ArdKids app?

The main registered user (parent) can recover the PIN code through the child's account in the Ard App.

How to apply for an online consumer loan?

From the home screen of the Ard App, select the Loans menu, then click on the "Apply for Consumer Loan" button. Choose between a long-term or short-term loan, and submit your loan application. You will receive a response within 3-5 minutes. Once your loan application is approved, you can proceed to sign the electronic agreement and receive your loan.

How to make a loan repayment?

In the "My Loans" section of the Loans menu, you will see the details of your loan. There will be options to "Repay Loan" and "Close Loan." If you are making an installment payment, simply click the "Repay Loan" button to proceed with your payment.

What are the requirements to apply for a business loan?

Your business must have been operating normally for at least 6 months.

Is it necessary to sign the contract in person? Where is the contract signing location?
  • When you first register as a user in the Ard App, you will read and accept the terms of the e-loan agreement under the verification section. If you have already completed this process, there is no need to sign the contract again.

Is it possible to extend the loan term?

Yes, it is possible. You can view all payment-related information in the "My Loan" section of the Loan menu in the Ard App. The payment due dates are clearly displayed. If your loan term expires or you need to extend it, an option to extend the loan term will appear in this section.

Will my loan amount increase for the next loan?

The loan system in the Ard App is designed so that customers who actively use the Ard App and hold ArdCoin can access higher loan amounts with lower interest rates.

Is a short-term loan interest-free for the first 10 days?

Yes, a short-term loan does not incur interest during the first 10 days. The requirement for obtaining a short-term loan is to hold ArdCoin equivalent to 10% of the loan amount, which will reduce your annual interest rate by 1.2%.

Does the loan interest rate decrease depending on the investment amount?
  • If you own ArdCoin, you can choose the Alpha loan based on the balance of your ArdCoins in the Ard App. The larger your ArdCoin balance, the higher the loan amount you can access, and the lower the interest rate will be.
  • If you do not own ArdCoin, you can opt for the Alpha+ loan by purchasing ArdCoin equivalent to 10% of the loan amount you wish to borrow. This will reduce your interest rate by 1%. The Alpha+ loan offers a borrowing term of up to 6 months, with a maximum loan amount of 10 million MNT.
How to open a trust account?

The trust service is a savings service. To open an account, select the TRUST service in the SAVINGS menu of the Ard App. Then, choose the deposit amount and select a term ranging from 6 to 24 months to open your account.

What happens if the trust account term expires?

The funds, along with the yields, will be transferred to your Ard App's current account on the expiration date.

How to start using ArdPay?

Download the Ard App, log in through the "Register" section, and complete your full verification. You will receive a response within 3-5 minutes, and once your request is approved, a ArdPay virtual card with purchase rights will be created in the main menu of the Ard App.

How can I make a purchase using the ArdPay service?

When using services from organizations that are part of ArdPay, you can scan the ArdPay QR code to make an immediate payment or opt for installment payments.

What information is required to create a ArdPay purchase account?

You will need to register in the Ard App, and your information, such as your national ID details and social insurance certificate, can be automatically retrieved and verified from the HUR system.

What is the fee for the ArdPay service?

The ArdPay service has no interest or additional fees. However, if the repayment period is exceeded, a penalty fee will be applied.

Can I make multiple purchases at once?

You can make as many purchases as you like, within the limits of your available credit.

How to make a contract?

What is a credit card?

A credit card is a payment card issued with a credit limit for your personal use. The credit limit is determined by Ard Credit NBFI JSC.

How is interest calculated on a credit card?

Credit cards have two types of interest rates:

Non-cash transaction interest – Applied when making purchases at merchants and service providers via POS machine. 

Cash advance interest – Applied when withdrawing cash from ATMs or via the Ard App.

How can I reset my credit card PIN?

You can reset your PIN by calling Ard Credit's customer service center at 7700 3322 using the phone number registered in the Ard App.
Alternatively, email info@ardcredit.com with the following documents:

A handwritten request titled “To Ard Credit NBFI JSC” on A4 paper, including your full name, national ID number, the email address where you wish to receive the new PIN, and the date.

What should I do if I lose my credit card?

Immediately report a lost or stolen card by calling Ard Credit’s customer service center at 7700 3322.
Carefully monitor your account statements, and notify us immediately if you notice any suspicious or unauthorized transactions.

What should I do if I lose my debit card?

Immediately contact the Ard Credit NBFI JSC’s Customer Service Center at 7700 3322 to report the lost or stolen card and have it blocked. Please also monitor your transaction history closely and report any suspicious or unauthorized activity right away.

How can I check the balance on my debit card?
  • Check the balance in the cash account balance of your Ard App.
  • Use the “Balance Inquiry” option at an ATM
What should I do if there’s a suspicious transaction on my debit card statement?

 You should immediately contact the Ard Credit Customer Service Center at 7700 3322, or visit an Ard branch to file a request. If the transaction took place within Mongolia, it will be resolved within 7–14 days in accordance with Bank of Mongolia regulations.

How do I activate my debit card?

 The card is pre-activated upon delivery, so you can start using it immediately.

What is the Ard Debit Card?

The Ard Debit Card is a payment card linked to your cash account in the Ard App. It can be used for making purchases, withdrawing cash from ATMs, and making payments via card. Please note that this is not a credit card.
