Management Team

G.Suhbaatar has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Ard Credit NBFI JSC since March 2024, previously holding positions as Deputy CEO and Loan Director. He has extensive experience, having served as an economist at Ard Credit NBFI in 2017, Acting CEO in 2019, and CEO of Ard Leasing LLC from 2019 to 2022.

G.Suhbaatar began his career at XacBank in 2005, where he gained experience as an economist, senior specialist in credit management, and branch manager.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from National University of Mongolia and a Master's degree in Business Management from the Institute of Gazarchin University.

B. Purevdorj was appointed as the Chief Business Banking Officer at Ard Credit NBFI JSC in April 2024. He previously worked at Univision LLC in 2018 and began his career at Ard Credit NBFI JSC in November 2018, where he held positions as Marketing Manager, Product Development Manager, and Senior Manager of Marketing and Sales.

He graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the School of Science and Engineering at the National University of Mongolia.

G. Tenuun has been appointed as the Chief Technology Officer of Ard Credit NBFI JSC since September 2024. Prior to this role, he served as the Chief Technology Officer at Ard Financial Group JSC and as the Chief Executive Officer of Tenger Systems LLC. He has accumulated seven years of experience as a consultant at  Ard Credit.

His professional background includes working as a developer at Terrapin Information Systems in the USA in 2005, followed by a position as an IT Project Manager at Khan Bank starting in 2006. From 2010 onward, he held the role of Director of the Software Applications Department at Khan Bank.

G. Tenuun graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance from the School of Economics and Business Administration and obtained his Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of South Dakota in the USA.

Ch. Altan-Ulzii has been appointed as the Chief Digital Officer at Ard Credit NBFI JSC since September 2024. Prior to this position, he served as the Director of Data Research at Ard Financial Union. From 2012 to 2018, Ch. Altan-Ulzii worked as a Senior Economist responsible for Macroeconomic Modeling at the Bank of Mongolia's Monetary Policy Department. He held the role of Senior Data Analyst responsible for Modeling at M Bank from 2018 to 2022 and concurrently worked as a part-time lecturer at the National University of Mongolia from 2021 to 2023. He also has experience as a consultant for the World Bank and as a Senior Advisor at the Ministry of Finance.

Ch. Altan-Ulzii holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics from the National University of Mongolia.

N. Achit has been appointed as the Chief Business Development at Ard Credit NBFI JSC since September 2024. Before this role, he served as the Business Director at Temp Partners LLC and held positions as the Director of Insurance at Ard Life LLC and Reinsurance Manager at Ard Insurance JSC.

He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Mongolian International University.
