ArdBond, the first public bond of Ard Credit NBFI JSC, has been successfully closed. Ard Credit NBFI JSC has withdrawn and collected a total of 13,500,000,000 MNT with a term of 18 months, annual yield of 18.5%, and coupon payment every 3 months. ArdBond was traded on the Ulaanbaatar Stock Exchange, and Apex Capital LLC was the underwriter of the bond, Grant Thornton Mongolia was the auditor, and Legal Policy Legal Firm was the legal firm.
