The Ard debit card is a MNT payment card linked to your Ard App current account, providing direct access to your financial resources. It can be used for in-store purchases, online transactions, and cash withdrawals.

Requirement

You can order a debit card from any branch of Ard Bank or through the Ard App and have it delivered by mail.

How to order at Ard branches or to renew an expired card:

National ID card

Review and sign the agreement between the company and the cardholder

Please fill out the debit card order form located in the card ordering section of the banner menu in the Ard App.

Usage Instructions

Card Activation:

Your card will be activated when you enter the PIN code sent to your registered email during a transaction.

Purchases

To make a purchase, enter your PIN code when prompted.

Cash Withdrawal:

Insert your card into the ATM, enter your PIN code, and select the desired withdrawal amount.
